Adayana was helping FEMA create three comprehensive high-end training courses that targeted approximately 15,000 risk managers throughout the country that included Mayors, Fire Chiefs, and City Planners. To help promote awareness that the courses were available and a valuable resource for risk managers, Adayana created an integrated marketing and communication program. This initiative started with the creation of a communication plan and brand strategy with key campaign messages to reach all levels of the target audience. Once the brand and key messaging were created, Adayana created supporting marketing and conference materials like pull-up banners, facts sheets, promotional items, videos and customizable templates.

The larger challenge was targeting such a diverse group of people from all over the country and making them aware the courses were there for them. To address that challenge Adayana created a content management driven website that would contain the latest news and information on the risk management topic and integrated that with custom-built LMS for the courses. This allowed Adayana to create a memorable url learnaboutrisk.com that all call to action communication would direct people to. Since most of the target audience is not always behind a computer, it was important to make the website and courses mobile compatible. In addition, PDF resource material was converted into eBooks to make the content accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Adayana is currently integrating social media like Twitter and LinkedIn into the website to further make it the resource for all things risk management related.
